Hello! I'm Karl Roberts, the sole owner of my IT solutions business and an experienced computer engineer for over 20 years. As a kid, in the 1980’s, my interest in computers started with the Commodore 64, the Sinclair ZX Spectrum and the Amiga. Maybe you’re too young to remember?
I completed an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Computer Engineering Technology) in 1999. Two years later I passed examinations for the Computer Technology Industry Association: CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified Professional. I became a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) 2004, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2005. My IT solutions business started in 2005
I wanted to start an IT solutions call-out business for residential and small business clients in the South Wales area, where clients could get IT help in their own homes or premises. The business has grown and I now regularly see clients in Cardiff, Newport, Chepstow, Bristol and Bath
